Ikanobori is the leader of the Oboro clan and Enmugakure, meaning he has a lot of pressure on him, and you'd think that'd make him tense and bitter, right? Well, unlike the majority, Ikanobori is extremely easy going and calm. He likes to fly kites, which helps him keep calm, it's as if the kite is part of his life-essence. Ikanobori is also a form of bi-polar; he doesn't really switch between emotions easily, but he likes to play games on people by making it seem like that, but when it comes down to the nitty-gritty he is serious and a courageous leader. Being of the Oboro clan he spends a lot of time with his head in the clouds *haha* and with that he day dreams a lot and also extremely enjoys sleeping. Being the leader of Enmugakure, though, he has to be serious which gets in the way of his napping, which makes him cranky from time to time and he likes to complain about said interruptions of his obscured sleeping schedule.

Ikanobori is a young looking, slim, handsome man. His white hair and deep-ice blue eyes are what always catches women's attention, though, you shouldn't be surprised by his skill and intelligence in battle, he is a Kage after all. Ikanobori puts a cigarette pipe in his mouth, but normally doesn't smoke, he just likes to puff his clouds out of it. He wears loose, dark clothes, wrapped in a white cloth like material.

This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach the moment an attack hits. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. The user can then use this confusion to escape or launch a counter-attack. Exploding tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise. Basically all ninja know this technique.

This technique creates intangible copies of the user. The clones are simply illusions and will dissipate when they come into contact with something. A person with normal eyes can also distinguish the clones from the original, since the clones will not disrupt the area around themselves with their movement (won't kick up dust, crush grass, etc.).

This puts much mental strain on an inexperienced ninja.The transformation would be dispelled when the user is injured or hit.

The Puppet Technique is a unique ninjutsu fighting style; this jutsu uses strings of chakra to control puppets like marionettes. Any number of chakra strings can be used to control a puppet, but users with more skill can use fewer strings per puppet. Since most puppeteer use his or her hands to manipulate the puppets, if their hands are disabled, then the technique can be neutralized. Also, while controlling the puppet, the user is wide open if the opponent bypasses the puppet. For this reason, puppeteers avoid hand to hand battle, relying almost exclusively on their puppets instead.

Their speed, power, and ability to wound or even kill are all increased several times.

The user spits out high-viscosity, chakra-mixed water, aimed at a surface of wide scope. This is a stream of sticky liquid which can be used to form an adhesive trap that can inhibit a person's mobility. One can effectively reduce their enemy's area of activity with this technique, and has the effect of being able to take complete control over the battlefield. The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few meters, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup.

This jutsu can't be performed without a sufficiently large body of water to supply the water for it. Despite the fact that the prison is made up entirely out of water, it is stronger than steel. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Even so, the target is still able to speak.

Using this jutsu, the user gathers some water from the air and surrounding environment into one thousand long needles. They then directs them to a specific target at high speed, leaping backwards before impact so they doesn't get caught in the crossfire. While the needles do surround a target from all sides, they don't appear above the target, creating an escape route. The user is able to perform this jutsu with one-handed seals, allowing them to pin an opponent's arm and attack while they cannot use any techniques themselves.[/p]

This defensive jutsu creates a wall of water around the user. Enemy attacks are completely intercepted by a fence of water blown out from the mouth, and is raised from below with tremendous might. The water is blown out is in the form of a circle around the user, and it makes for a defense without openings. It is also possible for the user to control the amount of water and duration at will. The wall's strength and resistance change following the quantity of chakra poured down into the water, so a skillful shinobi will be able to build a sturdy one. Furthermore, because the field of vision is maintained even while defending one can easily go on to the next move, which is a great advantage. The wall can also be formed from a pre-existing water source.

What remains after that jutsu's utilization is reminiscent of no less than the aftermath of a natural disaster. This is a considerably advanced ninjutsu, and activating this technique requires a fair share of chakra.

The Rasengan does not require any hand seals to use, relying only on the chakra control of the user. Once it is complete, it becomes self-sustaining. It is vital to match the amount of chakra used to the severity of the affliction or injury. This requires a great amount of chakra control. Because of this, only a few highly skilled medical-nin are able to use this technique.

Using Chakra Flow, this technique requires a bladed weapon; by feeding chakra into the weapon, the ninja will increase the length and density of his blade to strike an enemy from several feet out of the physical blade's range. This is accomplished by creating an invisible extension of chakra that shapes into an edge that functions like the normal blade itself.

Seeing the blade, the opponent may misjudge how far they need to move to avoid an incoming strike and thereby still be cut even if they manage to avoid the metal portion of the blade. The chakra-enhanced blades are strong and sharp enough to strike through solid rock or cut through iron. This technique works best with elemental chakra, especially with wind chakra for offensive cutting power.

Similar to the Kage Bunshin no Jutsu, the user creates solid clones made of cloud. The user distributes their chakra evenly among the clones, and can control the density of the cloud they are made of. The denser the Kumo Bunshin, the more visible they will be, and they will be hit by physical attacks. The less dense they are, the more transparent they are, and physical attacks will phase right through them. At any point they can be dispersed by the jutsu user, or by being hit with chakra based attacks.

Ikanobori was always a loving person, deep down at least. On the surface he never showed his soft side, he was as hard as stone, with the pride of a warrior. He only made decisions on what helped him, but this all changed when that killed the person he loved. after an extremely romantic date with his deceased wife, obviously before she was dead, Onna, his wife, wanted to stay out and look at the stars, but Ikanobori was tired and wanted to go home. He left his wife alone, at the restaurant, at night.

When Ikanobori left her, he had no regrets. He knew that she would be fine without him, but when she didn't return home after a couple hours passed he got worried and looked for her. While out he saw something terrible, her hitai-ate was at an ally way nearby the place that he left her, he thought that she left him for good, left him and the village and became a rouge nukennin just because he left her. He was wrong, so terribly and utterly wrong.

He never left his house after that, he just cried and cried for weeks, he lost touch of himself, he barely ate and lost extreme weight and muscle that he had from training as a shinobi. The only people that visited him were the maintenance workers that he hired, that trimmed the grass, etc. making sure his house looked kempt. They would always drop by and make sure he was okay, but oddly enough, when they left they would all laugh; Ikanobori assumed they were laughing at the man that lost his woman because he didn't respect and love her, which wasn't true, and he began to hate them. He spent so much time inside his own home that he didn't hear the news of the real reason his wife was gone, the news of her death.

It wasn't until much later that he actually learned of the death of his wife, but he couldn't believe it. He cried, but now at least he left the house from time to time, to fly kites, his ex-wife's favorite pass time, kite flying. One day he heard a maintenance man say something after seeing the kites in Ikanobori's window. Something that set the spark to the burning flame of hatred and pain that was waiting to be created deep inside of Ikanobori's soul. "Hey, isn't that the kite that Ikanobori's wife was buying for a surprise for him when we raped and killed her? Ha, ha, ironic that he actually owns it now!" said one of the maintenance men, "Shut up! He's right there, he might have heard you!" another said, "like he can hear us, we've been saying this stuff for like a month now and no one's heard us!" said a third, and the last, "Wait, did we close his door completely?"

The rapist, murderer, maintenance men got full of themselves and thought they had already gotten away with their horrible crime, and though Ikanobori had almost starved to death over the last month, he had enough strength, due to his hatred for the maintenance men and his love for Onna! He killed all of the maintenance men, slowly and painfully; it's a wonder how he got to become Enmugakure's Mizukage with the pain he put them through, though they definitely deserved it! But, for the fact that he went through so much pain and suffering and fought back for his love he was respected and through that he was elected Mizukage of Enmugakure no Sato!
