Tsubaki has always been a fit person. She always believed that the thing that determines if someone is a true shinobi or not is their speed. Tsubaki focus's almost all of her time and energy into her speed, because she thinks without speed nothing is achievable. Tsubaki is a fast cracking prankster that likes to meet new people. Tsubaki isn't shy, quite, or afraid of things. Tsubaki believes that if you don't follow the beat of your own heart then you shouldn't be alive, it's harsh, but that's her thought. She's always the first one to start a conversation, the first to yell out an answer to a question, and the one that starts the fight. Some people may say that she's reckless and doesn't deserve to be a shinobi, Tsubaki honestly doesn't care about people like them, who aren't fast enough to ever catch her anyway. Tsubaki also wants to become Raikage, but she always believes that if she takes her time and becomes stronger than everyone else, then things will work out well for her.

Tsubaki is a beautiful, young girl, standing at 5'6. She has long, ice blue hair, that she normally keeps tied up, or else it'd get in her way while she ran. Tsubaki wears closed toed shoes, so that then she rushes around at top speed and trips, she won't be hurt nearly as badly if she were wearing traditional sandals. She also wears a tight, sleeveless turtle neck black t-shirt; and short black pants, with a set of black fingerless gloves. Tsubaki has a very large bust, and she has beautiful purple eyes to match her ice-cold blue hair.

This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach the moment an attack hits. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. The user can then use this confusion to escape or launch a counter-attack. Exploding tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise. Basically all ninja know this technique.

This technique creates intangible copies of the user. The clones are simply illusions and will dissipate when they come into contact with something. The illusions can be seen through by the Byakugan and the Sharingan. A person with normal eyes can also distinguish the clones from the original, since the clones will not disrupt the area around themselves with their movement (won't kick up dust, crush grass, etc.).

This jutsu allows the user to transform either themselves or another object into the appearance of another person, animal, or object. The transformation technique is considered to be among the more difficult E-ranked techniques, since it requires constant emission of chakra while mentally maintaining the form. On top of that, the user would be, most likely, interacting with the environment. This puts much mental strain on an inexperienced ninja.The transformation would be dispelled when the user is injured or hit.

While some may see it as "Superhuman Strength", this technique is actually an application of medical ninjutsu, that demands the ability to concentrate and minute chakra control. An immense amount of chakra is kneaded inside the body, and a moment later all of it it is gathered into the fist. That chakra is then released into the target, which does a great amount of damage. With the damage done dependent on the amount of chakra used, it is also possible for a skilled shinobi to amass it in their fingertip. When the ground is hit it is pulverized into minute pieces by the excess shock, which are then scattered like flower petals, giving rise to the name "Cherry Blossom Impact".

Tsubaki had always had a pretty bad life, considering her father was abusive and her mother was a coward. Though she always hated her father and always will, she does have to give him some credit, without him she wouldn't have learned the power of speed. The only reason she would even associate him with the beauty of speed, is the fact that she only started running to get away from him so she wouldn't be beaten to death by a drunken, good for nothing father. That, is the only reason, Tsubaki would associate him with something positive, and him even being in that thought made it turn much more negative than it should be.
One particular day, Tsubaki had enough of her father, and asked her mother to get the attention of the Kage. Her mother, instead, threw her to her father and let him beat her, all because her mother was afraid. Her mother was a coward, and from that point on Tsubaki would raise herself. She left her parents, moved away, but stayed in the village, and was living well enough. But then, one day, Tsubaki decided that it was time to visit her parents and see if her mother had stood up for herself or not yet, it was a terrible day to visit home...
Tsubaki walked in on her father beating her mother, with blood splattered everywhere, papers and furniture were thrown all over the room, and her father had a face full of rage while beating her mother. When she entered, her father turned to her, and his eyes filled with even more hatred. Tsubaki tried to help her mother, so she punched her father across the face, trying to knock him out in a single blow and save her mother, this plan didn't work out as well as she had hoped, though. Her father just turned his anger and hatred towards Tsubaki, and chased her throughout their house, but it wasn't big enough for Tsubaki to run from, and she didn't want to be a coward anymore either. Tsubaki grabbed the nearest weapon, right before her father cornered her against a wall and was about to kill her, but luckily enough Tsubaki had grabbed a knife.
Tsubaki's father dashed at her at full speed, but it wasn't quick enough for Tsubaki, and she stabbed him in the stomach, blood spurted everywhere from his open wound. Tsubaki, traumatized from her experience, went to check on her mother, but was horrified when she saw what had happened. Her mothers face was caved in, and you could see her brain, bone, even though there was a sea of blood pour out of what was her head. Tsubaki now lives the life of a ninja, but doesn't let the past slow her down too much, and instead strives to become the strongest of all the shinobi in Choutengakure, and wants to be Raikage some day, but all in due time...
