Sutoka is both similar and completely different to Akimitsu, Hanta because while she loves the hunt she is also very aware of others. If there are people around that she doesn't care for she will forget about her target immediately. She feels like she always has to keep Hanta focused on the task at hand if it isn't hunting due to the girl being so easily distracted.

Sutoka is a primarily white falcon with small brown spots on her feathers. Sutoka has black eyes. A small ribbon is attached to her right leg so as to attach small letters if need be. The large beast stands at roughly 3m and is large enough to have Hanta ride on her back. The wingspan measures about 15m and the talons are roughly a meter in length. The large beak is extremely sharp.

This genjutsu creates eerie black ninja illusions, which appear one by one from trees and rocks, and corner the enemy. As the clones continue to multiply, the victim will eventually be worn down.

The hurricane is very destructive causing high velocity winds that can rip apart medium sized buildings and tear down trees.
