"I wonder where that new upstart... what was his name again... Kenji Inuzuka? I wonder where that new upstart, Kenji Inuzuka is. He was supposed to meet me at the office a while ago, I mean, I can't really criticize him about being late, because I'm always late, but it's not fun while you're on the receiving end of someone so slow..." Ikanobori sat and twiddled with his kite string. Hm... maybe I should get an advisor, but I've heard that this new guy is pretty rowdy, like most Inuzuka, I think I'd rather have someone with a calm personality, someone that won't wake me up from my naps. Hm... well, I'd rather see what happens when I meet him! Thought Ikanobori as he sat with his legs crossed on top of his desk with the map of Enmugakure beneath his feet, his Kage hate covering his eyes, and his long, loose clothing hanging down low, and his kite strapped to his back.

"OH NOO! I'm so late to this meeting. I hope that the Kage doesn't get mad!" Kenji said as he was running down the streets to get to the building of where the kage is at. But on the way their , there was many distractions , some including delicious ramen, beautiful women, and dog toys! Kenji then snapped out of it and kept running until he got anywhere close to the building and just walked the rest of the way up the stairs. On the way up the stairs he got stopped by some jounin who were probably just as tough as Kenji. "Man you better get out of my way, I'm already late to this meeting and I want to put a good impression out for the kage at the very least!" Kenji was running through the hallway and noticed the door for the kage's room and slammed it open looking like a fool while the kage was asleep literally on his chair with his feet on the desk..

Ikanobori slept in his office, dead sleep, it was almost as if nothing could or would wake him up ever again, but when he heard the door slam open, he burst into action as quick as a rocket. He somehow flashed behind the Inuzuka that was meeting him for a meeting, while, before he appeared behind the target, threw four senbon at the Inuzuka. Pinning him against at wall, as his dog, who's eyes were rattling around like they were marbles, but the dog gathered her sense's and barked at the Kage, who had attacked his guest. "First you're late... and now... you awake me from my nap?" while he said this Ikanobori's silhouette covered his face, and he said, "I should kill you..." Then, his face brightened, and with that so did his tone and expression. It changed from dark and menacing to cheerful and uplifted. "But, I won't, because you're a strong shinobi and a valuable asset to the village and the future E.E.N.D! Now, let's discuss!"

"Well thanks for the compliment and making me shit myself while I'm at sir!" Kenji said as he regained his nerves and balance. He stepped a few steps forward and asked " Is there any service that I may need for you sir? I really hope that I can be a great assest to this group and hopefully make Enmugakure the best village in all of the shinobi world!" Now he steadied his hands and told his ninken to sit and standed gracefully waiting for a reply from the Kage.

"You know what you can do for me..." Ikanobori looked down, his shadow was casting over his eyes. "You can stop fucking calling me sir!" Ikanobori wound up his arm far back behind his head, and then released his arm at Kenji's face, punching him across it. "Kenji, you are my friend, and I know that you're going to be a strong addition to Enmugakure's E.N.D. So, what you can do for me, my friend, is go, get stronger, train, and learn the jutsu of E.E.N.D before you join the organization." Ikanobori threw a scroll to Kenji with the needed E.E.N.D jutsu inside. "Knock yourself out, my friend."Ikanobori left this thread, and it's over because he's the coolest and most important character EVER
