The sound of the Shodai Hokage's modified lotus shoes could be heard throughout the halls of the Hokage mansion at the center of Taiyougakure. As the seat of power, it was only right that it was placed at the very heart of the village.
Hyuuga Hitomi, head of the Hyuuga clan and the first of a, hopefully, long line of Hokage, was striding elegantly across the floor towards the meeting room, where a certain someone would be waiting. With her were two guards, both of the Souke part of the Hyuuga clan. She had been asked to give this position to Bunke members, but she refused to work with them, at least this close...
Making one of her guards open the door, she noticed the room was empty. Well, there was still time. Signalling for her guards to follow, she went inside, walked to a large, elegantly carved wooden chair and sat down. While every piece of furniture was elaborate in looks, the Hokage's chair was worthy of an empress.
And an empress she was.

"Shodai Hokage, what a fine title..." Akira said as he walked through the doors of the meeting place, the Hokage's building in Taiyougakure no Sato. "Such a fitting name for an queen, er, empress. I know you like that title." he said all this without entering the room, building suspense and mystery. "but I have one question for you, Mrs. Hokage..." tension built in the hallway, the Hokage's guards were getting antsy and were slowly reaching to their weapons, he had to make this quick, "are you read for a, PARTY?!" Akira jumped into the room to see the Hokage with an extremely annoyed look on her face and her guards had their weapons drawn at his neck form four different angles. "Guess you aren't one for a joke," Akira chuckled under his breathe, mainly out of fear, slightly out of the thought of their reactions being funny to him.

Kami stood outside of the Hokage's office. He was hear to request for the Uchiha clan to be accepted into Taiyougakure, the Hyuuga founded village. He had been waiting outside of the office trying to think of a good entrance, although it was useless as he came up with nothing. So after 30 minutes when he saw someone else enter, he decided "fuck it!" and just walked in.When he entered, he saw a man he figured to be a Senju and the Empress and leader of Taiyougakure, Hyuuga Hitomi, who was much more beautiful than she sounded. Kami was in love. However, she heavily believed in respect, so Kami suppressed his instant love and shook hands with the two. "Hello. I am Uchiha Kami, leader of the Uchiha clan. Nice to meet you both."

Hitomi glared at the man, as he seemed to build suspense, something she hated. When he then suddenly jumped in, his quick movement made her guards react, drawing weapons and pointing them at him. Hitomi sighed, however,
“Let him go,” she said, the guards backing away and sheathing their weapons. She was then about to talk again, when another man entered, obviously of the Uchiha clan. So this was the Yamanaka and Uchiha heads? They did not look like much...
However, it seemed the Uchiha had proper manners, reaching out his hand for a hand shake. Hitomi just looked at his hand though. She was not one for unneeded physical contact. Looking back up, she simply said: “A pleasure,” and sat back, waiting for her guests to sit.

"Heh, thanks, your name is Hyuuga Hitomi, correct? It's nice to meet you, my name is Akira Yamanaka, though you probably already know that, seeing as you are the Hokage and everything, ha ha!" Akira laughed, but no one laughed with him, "Yes, well, I'm here because you summoned the Yamanaka Clan Leader for a meeting. As you know, we'd like to align ourselves with Taiyougakure, it seems to be the safest and strongest of the villages and I think that we can both profit from my clan joining. The Yamanaka clan may not have the visual prowess of you, the Hyuuga, or you," he pointed to the Uchiha, "the Uchiha! But, what we lack in the eyes, we make up for in the heart! We have pride and spirit, and that's what lies deep within the heart of a shinobi, wouldn't you two agree?" Akira said all of this in confidence that the Shodai Hokage, Hitomi, would accept his blessing and allow his clan to join Taiyougakure and to get in good with the Uchiha Clan leader, they'd be a clan you'd want on your side!

Although he was expecting a more formal meeting, Kami listened to the man, who he now knew as Akira of the Yamanaka clan speak. The man was energetic, and seemed to deeply believe in his words. When he was finished, Kami gave him an approving nod, although it meant nothing to the actual decision.
"Well... we of the Uchiha clan admire your strength and traditional values. We would love to join your village, Our..." Kami stopped to activate his sharingan, "strength would be yours to command." he said, deactivating his sharingan right after. "We only ask one thing. We would like our own district in your city, where my clansmen could live near the other Uchiha. We would still uphold your rules and show allegiance to you, of course. Along with the Yamanaka and the Uchiha, we will be an unstoppable village and the envy of those around us."

Hitomi was beginning to regret her decision to allow the Yamanaka to come talk their case, but sadly, she needed the strength of the other clans to build the village she intended. Letting out a subtle sigh, she turned towards the Uchiha who spoke after the Akira, his voice far more reasonable to listen to.
“I have already made sure there are locations within the village prepared for the arrival of new clans,” she said, as she placed a peace of paper on the table between them, showing a map of the well-planned city. “Your Clans will have their own district here,” she looked at Kami, then at Akira, “And here.” She paused and sat back. “While these will be yours, I ask you to come to me if any changes are to be made.” She closed her eyes for a second before explaining, in simple terms, why: “I would not want my design ruined.”

"Well, I'm glad to see that you have everything planned out," Geez, Akira, you almost made a big mistake back there! Not just losing the Uchiha as a friend, but the Hyuuga too, geez, geez, geez! It's okay, you can still do this, at least you know that you're being admitted to the village, which is good! Now if you just take on a serious tone... Akira thought all this while the other two were talking about buildings and etc. "Now..." Akira did as he said in his head, and took on a much more serious tone, "How will the ninja at your village be treated exactly, I want to know the exact rules and regulations about Taiyougakure before we sell ourselves. I want to be completely sure this is the right village for us..."

Kami thought to himself."Egh... explain all of the rules? Sounds super long. I still have to wash my robes! Maybe if I slowly exit the room they won't notice..." and he did so. However, he found himself bumping into a guard who gave him an intimidating stare. Kami gave an embarrassed laugh and signed the paper while the other two talked. Interrupting them, he said "Er... I have other things to attend to. I'm sorry to leave prematurely... but my people will be in Taiyougakure soon. So... I look forward to our partnership." he said, exiting the room. "Man... she's a jerk. I'm glad that's over. I have to take a crazy piss." he thought, walking back to his clan to inform them of the good news.

Gee, thanks for leaving me with this bitch, Uchiha, I swear, Akira thought as he stood with the Hokage awkwardly, they obviously hadn't gotten off at the greatest level, and if Akira could tell he was sure that the genius Hyuuga Hokage would know. "Eh... okay well, I'm happy about all the preparations you've made for this village and the Yamanaka clan, but I do need to get going, it was great meeting you, yada yada yada, adios!" Akira rudely ran out the door, waving to the Hokage behind him. Geez, that was a close call, staying in a room with that woman for much longer might have driven me to insanity!Akira will now be leaving this thread!
