Naiki walked around the village, bored, and thinking of what she should do. I haven't checked to get any missions recently, but I don't really want to do that right now, and I've been spending so much time with Kirishima, Takeo, and Toshiko. I haven't seen Haijin in a little while, I'll probably check up on her later, but right about now I think i'll just... Naiki thought of something to do, so she could pass the time, and then she got it when she saw a ring of logs lined up with a target nailed to it and shuriken in the target. "I'm going to train!" Naiki said out-loud and loudly. She looked around to see anyone that was training with these logs and targets, and who was throwing the shuriken inside of the target, and she saw a young boy (about ninja academy age) that was throwing his shuriken all wrong and crying while he did it. "Little boy... what's wrong?" Naiki said while looking at the child with sympathy and walking towards him.

"Uh, oh um, nothing..." the boy sniffled out, while at the same time pouting and wiping his tears. Naiki couldn't tell if he was frustrated or disappointed in himself, or both... "sorry, ma'am, I'm just... I'm no good at being a ninja! I can barely preform the Ninja Academy's basic jutsu, and I'm supposed to be part of a powerful renowned clan called the Hiboshi. Oh, um, sorry, that reminds me, I forgot to tell you my name. It's Ryou Hiboshi, of the Hiboshi Clan... unfortunately I don't think I'll ever be able to learn my Clan's jutsu, if any jutsu at that, I'm useless!" The boy said, to Naiki, with sorrow in his eyes... Okay, Naiki, this could be a fun little outing! Let's help this kid get better with chakra usage and accuracy, and then let's get back to do missions with the rest of the squad... Naiki thought to herself as she pulled out her senbon and told the kid: "Don't worry kid, I got your back, I'll show you some pointers, how about that?"

Naiki spent about half an hour teaching the young ninja academy student how to hold shuriken, kunai, and senbon. She also taught the child how to utilize bandages and medical pills correctly. Over that time, Naiki saw that the child was a quick learner. She also noticed something odd... there was a weird gleam on the young boys teeth. He had something about... the Hiboshi Clan, but Naiki didn't remember much about them. "So, Kid, before I tell you how to use chakra more effectively, how about you tell me more about your clan?" Naiki looked at him with a mix of worry and wonder. "My name is Ryou Hiboshi, but you can call me Kid, I guess, but sure I'll tell you about my clan!" the kid spun a kunai around his finger, getting better with his ninja equipment, as he prepared for a speech.

"Um, actually, sorry kid, I'm going to have to go! I forgot me and my buddy Uchiha Takeo and I have to go do a mission. Don't worry about it, keep training and practicing, and I'll give you some more pointers when I come back from my mission and we see each other again, and you'll have to tell me about that clan of yours, the Hubunsh was it? Something like that..." Naiki apologized to the little boy as he bowed and walked away, "Hey, yeah, it's cool, hope to see you again soon!" the boy replied to Naiki, "and it's the Hiboshi Clan by the way!" the little boy yelled to the larger, older, genin as she walked away to meet up with her friend to do a mission.
