Mission: Pulling Weeds, Really?

Naiki and Toshiko walked down the gravel path, right outside of Taiyougakure they were suppose to meet up with a local farmer that had been blowing up the mission box with complaints about WEEDS. Really, weeds, gosh this is going to be horrible, Naiki thought to herself with a large mass of annoyance in her mind. Whatever, let's just get this over with, she looked over at her Hyuuga friend and said, "come on, I see the house, let's meet up with our mission requester!" and she began to walk quicker towards the farmer, with his WEEDS. "This is going to be hell..." Naiki said, half whispering to herself and half to Toshiko.

As the man dragged on about himself, his farm, and what exactly he did for the village, Naiki got bored and started to look around. The farm wasn't anything special, it was just a couple places with some plants and crops set up, with one tiny silo in the corner of his property. The weeds though, geez, they were huge, some of them were up to Naiki's knee, which wasn't that high in the air, but still! "Hm, okay, well, as you've already heard, I am Yamanaka Naiki and this is my fellow ninja, Hyuuga Toshiko. Can we get started?" the farmer gave them a thumbs up to represent the 'OK'. "Hmph, okay, whatever. Let's get this over with, Toshiko." Naiki said as she bent over and started pulling weeds out, about 10 at a time, using a bit of chakra to aid her strength.

God, this is tedious. Man, I need something to eat, I'm starving! We've been working for like... HOURS, I swear! Naiki complained in her own mind, thinking about food, and how long the mission had been and it would be much, much, longer, but in reality she ate beforehand and it had only been minutes since they had started. The sun was beating down on them like a drum, and the smell of the dirt and dew off the grass was making Naiki nauseous. "Gosh, Toshiko, let's get this over with as quickly as possible!" Naiki was getting annoyed, seeing that ugly mug of the farmer watch over them as they tended his land, all smug. What a piece of work, Naiki thought with great annoyance.

Considering me and the old farmer are the only ones here old enough to drink, I think I should be the one asking for sake... hmph. Wait, what am I saying, I'm not like that slacker, I don't even like alcohol that much! Naiki thought rapidly, as she began to focus chakra into her muscles, allowing her to move her joints quicker and contract and detract stronger with her grip on the weeds. After about half a minute, she had covered half of her side of the tiny farm. "Hmph, piece of cake." Naiki said, as she walked to her fellow genin and the mission giver. "Get back to work" Naiki said to Toshiko as she focused chakra into her finger and flicked him, probably leaving a small bruise, definently going to bother Toshiko until he got some rest on it.

"Oh, hell no!" Naiki said, as she focused some chakra into her pointer finger and flicked Naiki in the arm hard, before she dodged that disgusting booger, of course. "You're such an idiot." Naiki said, standing around waiting for that slow Hyuuga boy to finish his work so that we could get out of this sad, small, shack of a farm. God, this is such a boring mission, this better be over soon, or I'm going to start punching stuff! Naiki took that thought into consideration, thinking about using her Cherry Blossom Impact technique, but she shot the idea down in her own head. It'd just ruin all the work they'd already done, just because they weren't getting paid much, it didn't really matter, it was just a way to spend the time. After ruining her meeting with who she wanted to be a friend, that Hyuuga Kirishima girl, she needed to get her mind off of things, and this is just the thing... Naiki thought as she rest her back against a wooden post under the porch of the old farmers host.
