After forming the required hand seals the user then holds the final seal. From the moment the final seal is formed a huge Falcon will be summoned directly above the user. The enormous bird will appear flapping it's great wings perpetually causing extremely strong winds in front of the user. The powerful wing beats are capable of felling small trees and stopping some jutsu. Most shinobi that aren' clutching the ground with their chakra will be blown back. The falcon will disappear when the final hand seal is released.

The powerful sharp beaks are very capable of ripping through flesh should the target leave it's skin exposed. The falcon's often target the opponents eyes. This technique makes for an excellent distraction. The falcons will disappear when the final hand seal is released.
